House of Fork is a modern Alberta global bistro in Chappelle, where the whole world meets the table without ever leaving home. We curate technique and flavour from kitchens across continents, then reshape each idea through an Alberta lens. The result is food that feels familiar and far-reaching at once.

At the centre of it all is fire. Our mains are finished over open flame, the thread that gives every plate its warmth, depth, and quiet character. We source close to home, naming our growers and makers with pride, and let the best of Alberta lead the way.
